Experience: Professional baker for 8 years, have worked in a number of small and large bakeries and cafes, have designed menus and managed kitchens, interviewed and hired new bakers, trained apprentices and employees. Have also helped open new locations including ordering product and equipment, designing kitchen spaces, and planning new production schedules

Other notes about labor offered: I did not attend culinary school, so cannot comment on that particular part of the pastry world, but otherwise am happy to help verify recipes or techniques, confirm details about what bakery life (running or working in) actually looks like, or just overall provide any helpful information about being a professional baker!
